about me.
Cynthia is a Freelance Makeup Artist and skilled hair stylist. Like a true makeup addict, her interest in makeup artistry began long before her career in makeup did. She had a natural knack for hair and makeup. She first dabbled in makeup years ago when her own daughter competed in pageantry and was taught the ropes in hair styling and makeup application. With this, her love for this artistry grew, and Cynthia found her canvas of choice in faces. Currently, she is also the co-owner of a makeup boutique called The MakeUp Bar, located in Tracy, CA. There, she retails makeup products and "Instaglam" brands that can only be purchased online used by many Beauty Bloggers and You Tubers.

She is creative and meticulous, with a professional and friendly demeanor. She is dedicated to providing individualized attention, and making sure her clients have the best experience.
